The Winter Quilt Show will include a large vendor mall, seminars, workshops, make-it-take-it
projects, demonstrations, quilt contest, fashion shows and stage presentations
plus
special exhibits.

Cindy Walter, Inc.
Hawaii's own Cindy Walter is an inspiring and innovative author, teacher,
lecturer, TV personality and fabric designer. You'll recognize her as the
hostess of the TV show Quilt Central which airs to most of the mainland PBS
stations and also as a regular hostess for www.Quilterstv.com, free internet TV
for quilters.
She regularly teaches quilting at shows in the USA, and around the world
including in Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, France and Germany. Her
articles and quilts have appeared in many magazines including McCall's Quilting,
Fons and Porter's Love of Quilting, the Patchwork magazine of Germany, Magic
Patch of France, Quilting Today, and Traditional Quilts.
She is best known as the author of the PRIMEDIA award-winning book Snippet
Sensations, and has authored 8 additional books, Fine Hand Quilting, Attic
Windows, More Snippet Sensations, Snippet Flower Bouquet, Snippet Christmas
Celebrations, Basic Appliqué with 1930 Patterns, Basic Guide to Dyeing &
Painting Fabric, and Contemporary Quilting.
Besides working on two new books, Her newest adventures include designing
Painted Quilt patterns for JWD Publishing and holding the annual Hawaiian
Quilting Retreat.
